This book was called a “cliff notes of self-help” by the Greensboro News and Record in the summer of 1998. It is a lighthearted, yet practical look at managing self in the areas of: attitude, stress, getting along with others, exercising body and mind, and general communication skills. It is written in an easy-going style to provide lots of humor and ready to implement dealing skills.
