"Exercising Your Body"

Age brings wisdom and character . . . I'd rather have cute buns!
I'm finding that the older I get, the more I need to exercise my body.  Exercise is not only good for keeping physically fit - it's a great stress reliever.  Also, you can greatly increase your energy level through a well designed (not complicated) exercise program.  It takes some organization, some time management, some movement , and plenty of self-discipline!

"Not complicated" means exactly that!  Exercise can be as simple as walking thirty minutes a day.  Just move!

Here are some reasons to get (and keep) you moving:

Exercise clears your head. You become more creative and alert in your thinking.  Sorting through and analyzing situations will become easier.

Exercise keeps you physically healthy. When you follow a consistent exercise program, you are less likely to catch colds, viruses, and experience fatigue.

Exercise increases self-confidence.
We have little control over many of the issues we face.  You ARE in control of what you do with your body.  As you begin to feel better through consistent exercise, you will feel more confident about YOU!

Exercise helps you lose weight.
You become overweight when you take in more calories than you burn.  Nothing burns up calories and fat as quickly as exercise.  Combine it with a low-fat diet and see quicker results.

Exercise keeps you aerobically fit. In order to be at your best physically, your heart and lungs need to be strong.  Consistent exercise helps keep you breathing and your heart pumping in a healthy way.

Exercise is also good for: High blood pressure, good posture, reducing thighs, relieving anxiety, helping you sleep, impoving concentration and memory, cellulite loss, managing pms, cholesterol control, relieving heartburn, preventing tooth grinding and relieving backaches.

Now tell me.  Can you honestly think of any good reason why you should not be exercising?!?
